In uncertain times it is easy to feel overwhelmed by change and the feelings associated with it- often increasing the need for distraction from yourself. I encourage you to observe what is occurring within by sharing daily mental, emotional, and physical mindfulness practices with you over the course of a week.
Sent directly to you each morning via email. You will receive three videos; two 5 minute guided meditations (am + pm) along with one 25+ minute yoga sequence focused on both strength and stability.
Every day is focused on a thought topic and includes questions for self reflection along with other quotes, books, and ideas that can be explored.
