Yoga Practice
Yoga practice allows you to experience both doing and being and their relationship to one another
The doing, the movement in and out of postures
Propels you, enables you to change
Allowing the sequence to progress
The being, the time spent in postures
Challenges you, requires you to stabilize
Forces you to feel what is happening
Neither is better than the other, they serve different purposes
Practice would be incomplete with out either
The transition of doing to being and being to doing is endlessly changing and always occurring
Both on and off the mat
